Set the time and duration of coaching - by when do you want to reach the goal you identified in Step 1?
Business Coaching Sessions are timed and set, the engagement contained. The original context and the coaching objective drive the duration of the engagement.
With the use of coaching interventions that are scientifically approved and recognized to be successful, we influence psychological/cognitive behavior through individual therapies and tested methodologies.
Coaching is not consulting! You will not get advice nor tips. But you get support! And as you discover new paths to solutions to the things that have been holding you back, your own skill set gets stronger and more resilient.
