Debby is an experienced coach and well understands the needs, fears and aspirations of executives and team members which she demonstrated during the 360 Feedforward Coaching certification program for both Executive Coaching and Team Coaching. Aside from being a great coach, she worked very well within the group, contributing to coach and motivate others, always cooperative and constructive. Her discussion contributions and the roleplay coaching we conducted during these courses demonstrated that she is a fast learner and is a very capable coach.
