For Workshops and Digital Services

This T&C applies to workshops and trainings, coaching sessions and downloadable products from Deborah Spaltmann, Destiny Sculpting Coaching.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in coaching and training programs, i.e. “Client Clarity Lab for Coaches”, as is provided by Debby Spaltmann.

By completing the purchase through the online checkout, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

The Client Clarity Lab is a 4-week small group coaching program delivered online via Zoom.

The program includes:

  • Four live online sessions (approx. 90 minutes each)
  • Structured exercises and breakout sessions
  • Access to a private WhatsApp group during the program period
  • Supporting materials as provided during the sessions

No specific business results or financial outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Participation Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to Zoom
  • Access to WhatsApp
  • A suitable environment for participation

Participation is personal and non-transferable.

4. Payment Terms

The participation fee is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Access to the program is granted only after payment has been received.

All prices are stated in Euro.

If applicable, VAT will be indicated separately.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If the participant is a consumer within the meaning of EU law, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

However, if the program begins within the withdrawal period and the participant expressly agrees to the immediate start of the service, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully delivered.

By completing the purchase, the participant agrees that the service may begin before the withdrawal period expires.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement, for example by email, informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

If you expressly request that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires, you agree that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.

By completing the purchase and accessing the program, you consent to the immediate start of the service.

6. Cancellation Policy- General

Due to the limited number of places in any of my training and workshop groups:

  • If the participant cancels more than 14 days before the program start date, a refund may be granted minus an administrative fee.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start date, no refund will be granted.
  • If the participant does not attend sessions, no refund will be provided.

The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program if minimum participation numbers are not met. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy for Program: Client Clarity Lab

Due to the limited number of places and the preparatory work involved, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before program start: Refund of the participation fee minus a €75 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before program start: No refund.
  • After the program has started: No refund.

If a participant fails to attend live sessions, this does not entitle them to a refund.
In exceptional circumstances, participation may be transferred to a future round at the sole discretion of the provider. There is no automatic entitlement to transfer.
If the provider cancels the program for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full.

7. Recordings

Sessions may or may not be recorded.
If recordings are made, participants will be informed in advance.

Participants may not record, distribute, or share any part of the sessions without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

All participants agree to treat shared personal and business information within the group as confidential.

The provider does not assume liability for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, and frameworks shared during the program remain the intellectual property of Debby Spaltmann.

Participants may use the materials for their own business development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.

10. Liability

The program provides coaching and educational services.

The participant remains fully responsible for their own business decisions and outcomes.

The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the program.

Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, in accordance with applicable law.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

German law applies.
