My Journey
I didn’t grow up with certainty or security. I built both, step by step.
Over the years, I’ve lived and worked across countries, taken on leadership roles, and made decisions that shaped my life in ways I couldn’t always predict. Some of those decisions worked well. Others came with setbacks, difficult lessons, and moments where I had to rethink who I was and how I wanted to move forward.
One of the more defining turning points didn’t happen in a professional setting, but in a personal one. A situation that involved loss of trust and public exposure forced me to pause in a way I hadn’t before. It was uncomfortable, at times painful, and it led me into a period of reflection that changed how I see myself and my work.
That experience didn’t lead me to coaching because I wanted to fix others.
It led me there because I had to do the work myself.
How I Work
I bring a structured, strategic way of thinking. but also an understanding of what it feels like when things are not as clear as they seem from the outside.
I know what it is to feel uncertain, to question yourself, or to carry more than you show. And I also know what it takes to move through that. not by pushing harder, but by seeing more clearly.
In my work, I don’t offer quick answers.
I help you think better, so you can find your own.
That often means:
- creating clarity where things feel complex
- strengthening how you communicate and show up
- supporting you in making decisions that align with who you are
What Clients Experience
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and already successful in what they do.
What they are often missing is not skill or knowledge, but space.
Space to think.
Space to speak openly.
Space to reconnect with what matters to them.
That is the space I hold.
A place where you can explore your ideas, your challenges, and your direction. without pressure, but with intention.
Whether I work with individuals or teams, my focus is the same:
helping people find more clarity, meaning, and a sense of satisfaction in their work.
Who am I?
We often think this should be easy. to explain who we are.
And yet, most of us describe ourselves by what we do, rather than who we are.
I am more than what I do, just as you are.
I am experienced.
Not just in years, but in having seen and navigated many of the challenges that come with leadership, business, and life. That allows me to support you with perspective, not just theory.
I am professionally trained.
I work with proven tools and established processes from coaching, leadership development, communication, and strategy. I continue to learn, refine, and stay current in my field.
I am grounded in both education and experience.
With a background in marketing and strategy, decades in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, and extensive training in coaching and psychotherapy, I bring both structure and depth to my work.

Professional Credentials
I am a certified member of the Deutscher Fachverband Coaching (DFC).

What Guides Me
Over time, I’ve moved from trying to prove myself to focusing on how I want to live and work. That shift continues to shape everything I do.
Grow boldly. Act wisely. Impact deeply.
For me, this is not a slogan.
It’s a way of approaching life and leadership. with curiosity, responsibility, and care.
A Final Thought
I do this work because it matters to me. Not only because of what I know or what I’ve learned, but because of how I’ve lived, reflected, and grown.
I do what I do because I am who I am.
